General Returns Policy
• Customers have 30 days from their invoice/ship date to initiate a return/credit.
• Requests for credit for damaged items require photos of the damaged product to be emailed to email@example.com
• Customers returning undamaged items for credit, will do so at their own shipping expense and be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
• ALL returned items must be received in their original packaging, and in good condition.
• Products not returned in their original packaging, or damaged due to improper return shipping will not be credited.
• Most credits are applied within 5 business days of receipt of the item, allowing for processing and inspection time.
• Customers will receive a confirmation email when your account has been credited.
