Returns

General Returns Policy

• Customers have 30 days from their invoice/ship date to initiate a return/credit.
• Requests for credit for damaged items require photos emailed to janice@peaktimecanada.com.
• Undamaged returns incur a 10% restocking fee and shipping cost.
• All returns must be in original packaging and good condition.
• Damaged returns due to poor packaging will not be credited.
• Credits are applied within 5 business days of receipt and inspection.
• Email confirmation is sent upon credit approval.
